the last time we were certain Wah Nam would fail with their scrip offer they ended up getting 55%. I imagine that they've done their number crunching and will be close to the 90%. Still, I rather be forced into accepting once the 90% is breached rather than contributing to the 90%.
I can't believe this has happened a second time. First was with UMC and now this mob.
Anyway, one lesson learned - never invest in a resource hopeful that has Chinese interests or directors etc, and as soon as Chinese start appearing on the books - get out.
