Once again they are trying to make out they are offering part of their tinpot company - no they are just printing more stock - diluting their already worthless stock.

I am offering Wah Nam 10 shares in my piggy bank for each of their one share in Wah Nam. Sure it's not worth anything but I have one share in my piggy bank is worth 30 dollars so my offer to them must be worth $300 per share.

The media needs to stop valuing their offer at any more than $1.50 per share.

They will have to get the 90% before they get mine.
