re: the ultimate dog Yes I agree that might be the source & more than likely a US employee selling 345k shares - he exercised the options early so either needs it to pay his tax bill,etc or is leaving the company - more likely the former reason having looked at Note 24 to the accounts - none of the three US execs. has that particular no. of options so they've only partly exercised their full amount.
