yes SCB has given me renewed interest for TEG. I have just completed a small by lucrutive deal with SCB in Singapore and the amount of due diligence is incredible (PARS and PICS)and time it took was exhausting. The bottom line is that SCB do not depart with money unless it is close to a sure thing as possible. The business case and risks are needed to be thoroughly thrashed out and identified. This gives me great confidence that SCB know of the upside and have thoroughly mitigated their risks. Good thing this announcement
