Current & proposed shares on issue (after raising) will be 539,074,424 - including listed and unlisted options.
If we assume a 25% cornerstone investor comes through that might take it out to 673,843,030
If we get to the publically stated exit strategy price of $200m this equates to a share price of about 30c
If we get to $400m as otherwise though the sp gets to about 60c
IF we get to 1 bill shares then sp to 20c and 40c respectively.
Whatever the scenario it beats the current sp of 5.7c by a lot.
Of course this all assumes one almighty assumption - that PYC is successful.
