They did state in the AGM that they were looking at the rail and river options .
Ian said that the current harbour could take approx 60,000 tonne ships which is the smaller of the ships currently on the ocean.

It is a big read so you will have to go to the investing in infrastructure in Africa .Many billions are now being spent by many countries .
