I don't think there is a high correlation between RES and DJIA...can't possibly blame the overall market for poor share price performance; there have been many coal companies performing well in a down market, and nobody attributed the rise to $1.00 to the market earlier in the year. The share price will be driven by events and announcements specific to RES. The longer it takes to get certainty the lower the price is likely to go (even if the DOW performs well). Also, the longer it takes to get BFS, the greater the likelihood of another equity raising, it is a catch 22 as nobody wants to be further diluted. Let's just hope that the management team are working hard to secure the rail contract and start ticking other boxes.
