we don't need the $25Million at once as the plant will be built containing more than one line - to put it very simple it's like modules which can be added on. this design will make sure that material from company A comes out at the back of the line in the bucket for company A.
We have 3 contracts ATM so I assume the plant size will gradually increase for the capacity needed.
