My first overseas travel when 20, was a foray to PNG, I did a little research and decided I was going.

Announced to family and friends my plans , and they all had something negative to say, headhunters, malaria and other diseases mostly.

The most negative was that I could get my penis cut off, put into my mouth and my lips sewn together.

I was shocked, not at what could happen , that my friends and family were so negative.

Anyhow , penis is still working, had a great time socialising with the Nationals, and traveling around the highlands of PNG.

(and kept travel plans private after that)
