Not sure I follow you BB. Regardless of the price you bought them at, if you can sell the shares you convert for more than 1c each you've made a profit on the convert/sell transaction.
It's trading at 1.5ish at the moment, was knocked back a peg but so were most of mine. I won't say the market won't take an even darker turn between now and when the shares you convert can trade but there is a fair chance it will be worth more than 1c. DYOR
