smart money or smart investors??

that is a matter of opinion

to say Toono who is well over 5% is not a smart investor, or Bassy, or angry or anyone else is a matter of opinion,

what would you call smart money?
if you mean larger holders are selling or net sellers could you provide some reason for making such a comment please

if fact seeing a lot of larger holders are well up on their investment I would call them smart,

We know Toono is not selling, and seeing we have not had a change in substantial holder notice saying any major holder has sold I cannot see how anyone can come to a conclusion that "Actually the smart money were net sellers."

the sp is trending up so cannot agree with that comment.
