My understanding of the UK situation is different to what our administrators are claiming. News reports I have seen say that UK customers WILL receive an interim distribution within 14 days of their claim being approved by the KPMG and they can submit formal claims as of last week. OK its a little vague about how long that approval may take and how much they will receive, but sounds to me like they are well ahead of where we are. In the US also billions of clients funds are being returned.
