Is there any real surprise here?

I mean - seriously - take a look at where the SP is in relation to the CR - and then take a look at where the SP is in relation to where it was near TWO YEARS ago.

There's been little traction.

NWE HAVE TO put runs on the board now before people will freely give up any more of their cash.

Plain and simple.

The SP will now be in the 3's for the next however many months till the approvals and fraccing commence.
