What everyone if forgetting is that there is an independent examination of all listed companies every year. It's called an "audit" and Stantons was the auditor for PNE. If the auditor suspected that funds were being syphoned they have a legal obligation to report it to ASIC. Clearly they haven't reported anything to ASIC so they must have been satisfied.
Salter might be a crook but he's not an idiot. Do you think he would have paid himself such an obscene director fee (knowing full well it would attract the attention of SH etc) whilst he was stealing money.
I agree with theTruth1, whats done is done. We can go down the road of another EGM and forensic accountants but who do you think pays for them, the Shareholders. Even if the forensic accountants do find something Salter will just go back to Thailand and avoid any punishment.
In my opinion BRIAN LEEDMAN and Carlos are just throwing us much mud as possible in order to disrupt the company, and neither has the ability or the intention of digging it out of this hole.
