Bondi Mining Ltd (“Bondi”) (ASX:BOM) advises that the Prospectus issued to facilitate an application by the Company for re-admission to the official list of the ASX and to raise $3,000,000 (the “Offer”) closed 13 December 2011. The Offer was fully subscribed with the Company receiving applications for 11,111,112 ordinary shares at an offer price of 27 cents each, raising a total of $3,000,000.'

on this basis I expect BOM to be 32c+ when it resumes trading.

it looks set for a 2012 re-rate to me.
