    XYZPTYLTD I dont think you understand what an "audit" is ! Just have a look at the Disclaimers, they do not look behind any of the transactions in detail and if they did enquire and the Directors say " yes we authorised it for blah blah blah" the Auditor has made sufficient enquiry and protected his ass.
