Hi jocar....I live in regional nsw & although Woolies, Coles, Aldi & IGA are in the same shopping complex we do most of our shopping at aldi. At Woolies the checkouts are sooooo painfully slow compaired to aldi, half of them are unstaffed & for the $$$$ I pay for my shopping I dont want to ring it through the checkout myself. I agree with your 6 points although I personally don't care about the atmosphere, I just want to get in & get out. I did do some chrissy shopping at Woolies & IGA the other day, Woolies was pretty busy but IGA was very lean. Made me re-thing buying MTS.
