fact is, the botswana govn needed this as much as we do. fact, diamonds production only will go for another 15 yrs or so. fact, botswana needed a more diversify ecomony to guarantee future govn. revenues.
the road map is to convince the big money we meant what we said and we (as govn) are contributing to the plan. agree, will be released sometime in jan 2012 (read from somewhere)
4.2 BT in-situ, 2.9 BT after washed, 820 MT high grade export... nothing has been priced in yet hence i hold.
