Probably just as importantly, as the Euro Crisis worsens, they are sending their money elsewhere. With Australia's upgrading, more funds are heading downunder. As WPL would be considered a safe bet and excellent buying at these prices, I expect a SP rise, probably more through fund buying than anything particular.
Cheap is cheap and WPL fits the bill along with being a safe medium and long term commodity.
