this is not something I have followed for a long time....
many years ago, I inspected a property that I was interested in....in the advert it did not state a swimming pool....I dont like them, had 2 small children at the time... so even though I liked everything else about the property, the pool was a turn off for me... the agent confessed, I was not the only one, the vendor had instructed him to remove the pool from his advertising
we could have filled in the pool, but the extra cost would have been a burden at that time, or we could have left it empty...an eyesore I have heard others discuss this over the years....two sides, either want a pool, or not...there are more people who dont want a pool...or that was then
recently I keep hearing, people with pools are complaining about the sky rocketing costs for energy, for the pool maintenance......
is that an item of interest over in the west, or are they all so wealthy, its not an issue ?
