So let's see what the sequence of events was:
-A company associated with a director buys on market at around 30c per share between 3 and 9 December;
-the SPP closes on 9 December;
-the price used to calculate the issue price of the SPP is the VWAP for the 5 -trading days up to 9 December - being 27.8c;
-no more buying by the director and the price drops to 21c;
-the SPP shares are issued at 25c.
something of a kick in the guts for shareholders who supported the company under the SPP - an no i wasn't one of them.
