It's good you are co-ordinating your posts with the company announcements ;) 3 of the last announcements came right after your posts.

My thinking on the funding in reply to dtpower:

the power purchase agreements are key to the financing -

the things EVM has going for it:
Clean power that uses minimal water is quite valuable
- some would say a lot more valuable than fiat paper
(but unfortunately it needs a bit of fiat paper to get going)
The world and the US is desperate for clean energy solutions - it is a great solution for states with little water
so many would want this to happen.

EVM's IP appears to provide the solution that is also quite economical per kilowatt /hour

However, no one has build this at this scale.
So who finances this would probably want a "stake" in it
I as BB mentions some sort of "hybrid"

I'm positive on EVM chances - but I wouldn't listen to me ;) because I can be a hopeless optimist

but the payoff could be big
... hopefully more will be known tomorrow
