    When it comes to pass I doubt it will be a great problem...Storage tanks up to 1,000,000+ litres come premade in components with liners so are easy to transport and could be up within one week even with delays....

    Lets get the hole drilled and working nicely first then we can look at production logistics.....IMHO that will be the easy part...
