They do know they have something quite big at FP, reading that article those guys couldn't find the source again, so this is also one of the reasons I suspect that they have been going over all their info on FP to get it right this time.
The other reason is they probably want an income stream to fund FP, and (maybe) take on a bigger % of the well.
