Its just possible the latest shenanigans in PNG will work in BOCs favour; it must be blindingly obvious to the ABG and all Bougainvillians they will be much better off without that corrupt bunch of clowns and without Somare's interference.
That being the case it would make sense to accelerate the move towards independence and this requires the Panguna mine to be operational to finance the move. Good luck to the good people of Bougainville and to the holders of BOC, happy Christmas to all, and wishing everyone a much better 2012!
