    Shame if our Share Holders (Owners ) Get short Changed
    the agenda of the major Share Holder is puzzling
    seems hell bent on destroying Value
    To what gain when he has the Power to deliver control you would think his agenda would be to preserve value
    Fiducial duty comes to mind
