I can also confirm in conversations with Geoff that he believes some refinements can be made to the product to protect the patents for additional years (past the 20). I seem to recall him saying that he thought they would be able to get an extra 7-10 years of exclusivity with the advancements that can be made (over time) to mixngo.
I also believe that timing is imminent (IMHO). From today to end of January I am expecting......
