From memory there was only around $300k in the bank on the last set of financial statements and I think the amount to creditors was greater than this (I could be wrong on this as I haven't checked). I wondered at the time whether the directors were trading insolvent. The fact that the company remains in a trading halt must be raising the interest of ASIC (if they haven't already become involved).
