another reason no takeover would be the crippling amount of debt whoever took control would end up with.its o.k to buy something tangible but with gunns at the moment, what with class actions ,john gay being pursued for insider trading, a potential pulp mill that noone living near there wants and would fight against it,who in their right mind would even look at it.
