As soon as Moolap is confirmed for 8 million EBIDTA per annum you'd have to think getting financing for approx 25 million which will return 20 million + p.a. will be a breeze. Then again I'm no banker, and returns of almost 100% on the loaned funds might be riskier than I thought (just being a bit flippant).
