I'm not one to ever TOU on content, but all this "rumour has it" and "cryptic message" stuff reads poorly, and IMO tempts a TOU referral.
Either you have something informative to say that is acceptable in the public domain which you can substantiate, or else you have confidential inside knowledge, in which case you shouldn't be posting with such insinuation nor trading the stock.
I hope you understand what I'm getting at, so I can keep my non TOU record in tact.
