    Hi sp3, i am not an expert, but I believe ash could be reduced, not from coldry process. It is that BCE is burnt more thoroughly and efficiently than raw lignite. some of the ash is from inefficiency of conbustion. As for sulphur, I doult it from my knowledge unless they add something in...
