As we have seen in the past with expectations of a good a announcment we should see a run up in the share price soon,this has been dragged lower by those accumulating at lower levels,as i have seen many times over on many other stocks by smart money who make people panic in selling their holdings from the highs of .059 8/09/11 to lows .042 4/09/11 then the share price advanced beforehand to its peak of .067 on 7/11/11 on expectation of independant expert netherland sewell report on confirmation of worlds class prospectivity of 3.5 billion barrels of oil ,then the big boys who sold on the news. I would have to say the same thing will happen here on expectation of a farm-out deal being negotiated which could be anytime soon or during the holiday period.
