you only have to look a week or so ago and this was trading at 3.2c on the back of an independants analyts' target of 7.2c (pre-rights issue, so around 16c a share back then)
as I mentioned, nothing fundamentlly has changed with ALT since.
I agree it was the CBZ announcement which was the cause of the dumping. Not however from the point of view of ALT's investment loss, but more from investors associating CBZ's performance with ALT's.
The price drop in CBZ from around 16c to 10c cost ALT around $60k. Remember we were already down around $400k on the investment, so hardly a material drop on Friday. It was more investors losing confidence in CBZ which saw a spill over into ALT, as many are joint holders.
