I might well be wrong Harlee, but my reading of the Chinese bid is that the offer for EXT is fixed at $8.65 and does not vary with the exchange rate, either up or down. That is, the offer for EXT is based on the exchange rate at the time of the KAH offer and not on the exchange rate when/if the Chinese acquire 50% of KAH.
