Looks like the expected "kick in the guts" has arrived to the SP .... I wouldn't be too surprised if 10c is hit later. Then its a matter of waiting to see who blinks first with the options. The buyer at 0.1c might still get his fill. At this time there is no underwriting agreement, so if there is a significant shortfall with the exercise of the options is there any provision under ASX rules for another party to apply (post event) for a stake? - I was thinking of a potential cornerstone investor - Have other HC members had any knowledge of this occurring elsewhere?
