Thanks for your reply Ian, I am feeling the same way its a wait and see. The Oil price is very high as we speak...if they are to try and raise funds from the market now would be the time to do it. My gut feel is that they are disappointed with the results from their latest drilling program, otherwise they would have really blown the trumpet, rather than a subdued announcement that they have made.
