Yes, TZ does need a landmark project.
However if the trial project expires in 3 weeks as suggested, there will be an internal evaluation period examining the results of trial.
If successful there will be an EOI document issued to various parties, another evaluation to determine a short list of potential tenderers.
From there a tender period for submission by selected interested parties.
Then an extensive evaluation and assessment of tendered documents before a final decision is reached.
My best guess is a decision by Austpost as to who will be the provider this side of June 2012 is most unlikely.
If you think all will be revealed in 3 weeks time then sadly that is just fanciful delusion.
Question is - How long before a CR is necessary? And will it have to be made in the absence of a landmark deal?
