    There is nothing to say that Andash WILL get up. This is business as usual and meeting upon meeting upon meeting will prevail. Bosses are upbeat that it could get the go ahead. In todays climate the market will NOT jump on probables and possibles.........might have seen more movement if a date for the next meeting was given. Just usual business practices in these countries.
