Good old Slater & Gordon have been sitting on the settlement monies for more than six months....... no doubt earning some extra interest for their end-of-year bonuses.
Meanwhile, those affected have been patiently waiting for the scraps to be handed out before Christmas. Now there is serious doubt whether S&G meant 2011 or 2012.
