    I agree with the sentiment about the refractory ore being very difficult (and expensive) to process. Its a reason why I am very dubious about companies that suggest they have comparably low cash costs on refractory ores, for example, another company (I won't name it) which is claiming sub $600 cash costs per oz at their WA deposit which is primarily refractory (and they have an even bigger complication of copper being a contaminant in the ore - though they tell the market its an 'asset' - maybe for some types of ore but not that one!)

    I believe NST has another agenda with Ashburtons. While they tell the market (understandably) about the existing resources, regardless of their nature, my view is their primary intention is to drill for more oxide (ie non-refractory) shallow ores, bulk this up, then restart production purely from those.
