As I read it
After the First and second build ups of pressure were dealt with, and a "Wash and Ream " and CBU ( check Blowout Unit ??)the well started to Flow . What it was we don't know.
It was "closed in " and pressured up.
However
A Mud Circulation problem much the same as before was dealt with by going back to 9630 and a "Squeeze" with 350 sacks of cement, and then drilling it to 10157.
Then they TIH (Travelled in Hole) with
"Ring Gauge and Junk Basket" to tidy up junk.
