massive housing shortage- new govt report, page-10

that young couple I mentioned last week or so, just missed out on another house...they keep putting in low bids, and wonder why they get knocked back....that is 4 offers so far...

maybe they have been reading HC for their research...

they are quite desperate now....they want to avoid the stamp duty that will save them $8000 if they can buy before 31.12.2011
just 2 days to go....as the agents go on holidays, so too the solicitors..until post 4.1.2012
lets see if there was a flurry in sales before 31.12.2011..for the same reason...
