potential dividend yields at $3.80, page-59

Hi Oz ! on the M & G top up back to number one holder I see that 500k are going elsewhere to Azure clients.

I had wondered how M & G could get another 8m shares without going above the 15% FIRB threshold.

I'm sure they would get exemption if and when they apply as did Ocean-wide but to my knowledge that have not yet applied for it ?

For them to have 30m shares which they will if the vote gets approved then CDU would have to have 200m shares on issue ( which it wont ) ?

Does anyone else have any info or thoughts on this aspect of things ?
