That 6cps by Christmas 'prediction' was nothing more than uninformed guesswork or wishful thinking (take your pick). There was never any substance behind it.
If there is good news in this announcement is that it ends the speculation and simply confirms what Harleys were telling us. In other words the market was already aware of this being the likely outcome so the downside *should* be minimal***
