CWP has a phenomenal record of adding shareholder value. The ROE has been amazing for so long (bar the GFC year).
Your right, it's clearly insto' dumping anything residential property related.
I have seen CWP's William's Landing Project and its brilliant.
Perhaps a half year report might be the catalyst to propel it back up to $4+ or perhaps even extremely low valuations might also do the trick.
Patience is needed.
