refund, page-8

I know people on here like to have a whinge about management but when people start voicing iritations about getting their cheque a day later than others and about getting a refund it becomes farcical. No offence Mulac but I really have had a gutful of whinging over the last few months - justified or not. Maybe someone should start a complaints thread and all those who want to ventilate can go there. Happy X.mas
