I've got now idea if your assumption about the 2.2c level are correct or not but I wouldn't like just a financial investor in ANP's office. Rather some pharma or insto that has specialised in that particular field. That way we would know that, what ever numbers they agree to, would be appropriate. Pure financial instos try to tend to rip everyone off and don't hesitate to sell down their holdings at any price while "specialised instos" know that some patience is required.
In short, a big LT investor or fund provider is needed, not some of those underwriting instos like Patterson, who sell down the unsold shares to the issue price the very next day.
