    There comes a time to take the rosy glasses off and see things for what they really are.

    No matter how hard you try to twist and turn things, PEN's DFS was dissapointing to say the least.

    The report says 6.2m/lbs with an initial capital requirement of $72million.

    Anyway,enough from me about pen,were all here for BLR.

    Time to jump on board HangSeng..............we have a great story unfolding
