Two reasons why it could be a Turning point here.
1) It is an important point of previous support.

and 2) Down side targets from the recent top at .059 are pretty well played out imo.

That only means its a very good zone to be looking at.
( does not mean it can not go lower )

They bought it had .036 last time and it is a possible level where selling could dry up.
